Finding your photo ID

Your ID is printed on the card, ticket or receipt handed to you at the venue. It is 4 to 64 letters and numbers, and it is not case sensitive — type it in upper or lower case.

Your gallery will not open

Check for mistyped characters such as 0 and O, or 1 and I. If the gallery says it has expired or is no longer available, the viewing window set by the event organiser has closed.
